The first copper indium gallium selenium building photovoltaic integrated demonstration project was completed and put into operation for power generation. On November 5, in addition to the opening of the China International Fair, there is another thing worth our attention, That is, the central energy giant national energy group and the private real estate developer Bi instrument stored the data collected in this experiment into the computer to make the instrument enter the next experiment. The first domestic copper indium gallium selenium (CIGS) building photovoltaic integration (BIPV) technology demonstration building project jointly built by Guiyuan group was completed and put into operation for power generation, marking the entry of building photovoltaic into the 2.0 era and the beginning of a new era of green buildings. In the past, although the glass curtain wall was light and bright, it was easy to cause light pollution and energy consumption. Now, the photovoltaic curtain wall of Tonghu science and technology town not only makes up for this defect, but also plays a role in energy conservation and environmental protection, making the urban buildings that used to consume energy become energy producers
it is understood that the demonstration project is located in the first development area of country garden Tonghu science and technology town. It is the first photovoltaic building integrated full coverage building built and put into use in China. The demonstration project of Tonghu science and technology innovation town has a total construction area of 5468.52 square meters, all of which use CIGS thin-film photovoltaic modules, which are self-produced and owned by the national energy group, as the external decorative curtain wall of the building. A total of 2037 CIGS photovoltaic modules are used in the project, with a total installed capacity of 200kW. The distributed power generation mode of "spontaneous self use, residual power supply, and nearby efficient utilization" is adopted, which effectively avoids the problems of large land occupation and high cost of energy storage equipment of ground power stations
"this demonstration project has realized the unified design, construction and acceptance of cigs-bipv for the first time in China, and has adopted a number of technologies such as photovoltaic solar energy comprehensive utilization technology, photovoltaic curtain wall fast assembly technology, big data and cloud platform to transform buildings from energy consumers to energy producers." Ling Wen, general manager of the national energy group and academician of the Chinese Academy of engineering, also outlined the three technical highlights of the project
first of all, a new generation of cigs-bipv products independently developed and produced by the national energy group are used. They are safe, beautiful, durable and have high power generation. They are a new type of green building wall materials. Although some regions have taken some targeted governance measures, CIGS photovoltaic technology is highly integrated with architectural art, and can effectively provide renewable energy for buildings and greatly improve building quality
secondly, the demonstration project innovatively developed a ventilated photovoltaic wall, which forms a vertical closed cavity between the photovoltaic curtain wall and the inner wall, which not only solves the problem of fire prevention between building floors, but also reduces the temperature of photovoltaic modules and improves power generation efficiency. Ventilation louvers and cavity heat collection system are designed at the bottom and top of the curtain wall. Combined with the air source heat pump, the hot air in the cavity is collected to provide domestic hot water, realizing the comprehensive utilization of thermal efficiency
third, the photovoltaic curtain wall integrated system adopts the frame curtain wall system of innovative design and dry hanging construction technology, with high degree of assembly, fast construction speed and reliable safety performance. It has withstood the test of the 14 typhoon of "mangosteen" without any damage
Ling Wen said that the power generation ratio provided by CIGS photovoltaic modules of the demonstration project is far greater than the national standard. The annual power generation after putting into use is 123000 kwh, which can meet more than 10% of the power demand of buildings, and will greatly improve the green development level of buildings. At present, China National Energy Group has built six physical demonstration projects in five provinces (cities) including Beijing, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Hainan and Sichuan, which are expected to be completed by the end of this year and the first half of next year
"BIPV is not only an important market and hot spot for the photovoltaic industry to transform from a centralized ground station to a distributed power generation market from the day it was established to today, but also an important technical means for the construction industry to develop green buildings and near zero energy consumption buildings." Ling Wen said that building energy consumption is as high as 15% of the total social energy consumption. Reducing building energy consumption is an important part of the energy revolution. Cigs-bipv technology will trigger an energy technology revolution, energy supply revolution and energy consumption revolution. In the future, predictable market-based multi-function and low consumption will provide a huge driving force and development space model of more than 100 billion yuan
it was mentioned at the 10th China (Wuxi) International New Energy Conference on November 1 that the total construction area of the country is 50billion square meters, of which 10billion square meters can be used for photovoltaic. This means that the market potential of building photovoltaic is very huge, with at least 500million kW installed. Photovoltaic building integration is the largest part of distributed photovoltaic, and the policy environment, new photovoltaic building technology and investment and financing environment will have a great impact
